Atlatl Handouts

These are handouts I've developed for the Jeffers Petroglyphs about the atlatl. They're one page, easy to understand, and work great for introducing others to the atlatl.

• Simple Atlatl Construction - How to make a simple dowel atlatl.
  
  
• Even Simpler Atlatl Construction - This is sort of a joke, it's how to make one from a branch.
  
  
• Simple Dart Construction - This doesn't explain how a dart works, but will help you assemble one.
  
  
• Make and Take Atlatls - If you'd like to introduce masses of people to the atlatl at one time (like at an event or a class), this is the style for you. It involves some preparation on your part, but costs about .15 each in materials so you can just give them away.
